For exact details, read the wiki and check the chanMod Engine supports any mod that relies on file edits including Cinders, Enemy Onslaught, and Archives of Doom. What happens in stuttering is the game freezes for microseconds (or fraction of second), skipping the next frame, and this ruins the whole gaming experience. Made the item randomiser for DS3 open source, I had to rewrite it because even I didnt know what I was thinking back when it was made in 2018 - This might have better performance actually.
BETTER DS3 TOOL FREEZES PC
It's also AOE and great to weaken enemy packs before going in. Game Stuttering is a very common problem that can be faced by anyone, even if you have a high-end PC with a powerful graphics card, processor, tons of RAM, and equipped with all the latest gaming hardware. Ideally, using a Charcoal Pine Resin combined with Snap Freeze is downright deadly on anything weak to Frostbite. It builds to Frostbite in a single cast to anything susceptible to it, allowing you to buff your weapon with any other spell or resin to keep your AR up. The biggest issue I have with this spell is you basically get it at the same time as Snap Freeze, which is just a superior spell IMO for every PVE scenario. Since you can't reapply Frostbite during the debuff's duration, you'll only get two applications per use of Frozen Weapon at most. Frostbite is mostly useful for the debuff, not the damage. If I boot off of a live CD with any 32bit distro - it has to be a live CD since it doesnt boot of a USB - then everything works. It does require quite a bit of investment at 20/20, but a pyromancer will likely be gunning for that anyway. It’s essentially just a better version of fire orb, but deals dark damage.
However, don't invest into INT just to get this spell. I recently upgraded my computer and purchased a GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3 motherboard. Black fire orb is the best ranged pyromancy without delving into the apex predators that top this list. Later today I got stuck after I chose solo missions. Sometimes it is the first screen before you get to choose a game. I picked it up again this week and have about a 1 out of 4 chances of it working correctly. Since it has a 15 INT requirement, it's the same as a lot of the useful Dragon School and Golden Sorceries. I have owned Bridge crew for a bit and had no real issues playing it.
Frozen Weapon is a nice weapon buff to soften up those heavier armored foes you'll come across.
